05/02/2018 “We cannot speak highly enough of Jack and his team. They are incredibly hardworking. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. They undertook quite a large project, which proved more difficult than expected (carpets hide a multitude of sins). Despite this, the project was completed sooner than planned and the result is truly amazing, better than we could have hoped for. Jack manages quite a large team, which adds flexibility especially on larger projects. But he keeps a very close eye on every project from start to finish. If you need anything to do with wooden floors, call him."

04/09/2017 “Needed floors in several rooms sanded in an old house Work done to a high standard and looks great. Extras were fair and reasonable and we were warned beforehand that making good would be "cost-plus", and since quite a lot was clearly needed, was in line with what I expected. Had to wait a little while for slot in the diary, but they turned up early on the arranged date. We're getting these guys back to do the rest of house shortly. Recommended"

21/03/2017 We selected Avon Hardwood Flooring to complete the Oak block flooring project in our church in Swindon. From the start, Avon demonstrated a strong understanding, not just of the logistics and practicalities of installing a large floor, but also of the aesthetics and design decisions needed to make our floor really stand out. Their pricing was competitive and estimates given were always clear and accurate. They completed the work well within their projected timescale and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for similar work in the future. They also offer a useful annual maintenance and care programme which we intend to implement to ensure that our floor continues to look great for years to come.

13/02/2016 Yesterday Jack and his team installed hardwood flooring in our living room and it looks just brilliant. They helped us choose the right kind of wooden boards for our room and then got to work installing and the surface is smooth and shines perfectly. Great job done by Jack and the rest of Avon team. 09/01/2016 All I can say is that Avon are well organised and know what they are doing. I chose them to renovate my wooden floor in the kitchen and from the very beginning I knew it would be done well. Everything finished within the schedule and the floor gained an excellent texture with a matt finish. A couple of scratches and other imperfections were easily handled by the Avon team. I am sure I would use the service of these guys again.

15/12/2015 We are extremely happy with the work Avon Hardwood Flooring have done for us. They completely refinished our engineered hardwood floor which looks great now and is effectively improved. Even the newly replaced wooden boards perfectly match the old ones. You simply cannot tell which is which! The finished floor look great and it makes the entire room look even better now. 11/09/2015 From the start to end, we were very pleased with the process and work done. Gregory was easy to contact and speak to and very helpful. The men who came to do the work (Tadek and Filip) were also very good. The job turned out to be more troublesome than expected as when the first stripping of the old floor stain was done it revealed the extent of old woodworm damage. This meant we had to replace a few more boards and Gregory had to go back to get extra material. Though I quite like the "distressed" appearance of the floor I am sure Gregory thought it wasn't good enough and it was great to see someone with such pride in the job. All the filling and making good was excellent. The job was done in a clean and tidy fashion, with very little dust etc I think the finished floor looks great and have already recommended the company to a friend. I would certainly come to you again if I have further work. I think the cost of the basic job was good. "

27 July 2014 “Very happy overall. I cannot fault the standard of the work. The wood flooring itself (teak stain, matt finish), which was bought through the company, was chosen after looking at small samples of the various stains, so I wasn’t sure how it would turn out. However, it looks beautiful and exactly what I had envisaged when I made the decision to go for wood flooring in the first place. In summary: high quality, great looking floors, fitted to a high standard, in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. Would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend to others."
